Format

Singles Bowls, Round Robin, Semi, Final

Each participant will play everyone else, with the top 4 advancing to the semi-final. (eg 1 plays 4, 2 plays 3).

4 ends per game. 4 bowls each per end.

Draw will be provided on the day.

4 points for a win, 2 points for a draw, 0 points for a loss.

If needed a bowl off will be used to decide placings. 1 bowl per player, with closest bowl winning.

Bottom two placing members will bowl off for last place.

Rules

In addition to the Rules of Bowls, the following rules must be observed and followed throughout the match.

Additional rules can be added by the organiser on the day.

  1. $50 entry fee to be paid before the commencement of play.
  2. A Wombles sanctioned shirt is compulsory.
  3. Any funny / dumb shit - $5 fine.
  4. Any loss - $5 fine.
  5. Not making the semis - $5 fine.
  6. Bowls in gutter - $5 fine.

Mini copmetitions

$20 entry fee to be paid prior to first bowl.

  1. One bowl closest to the jack standard lenght
  2. One bowl closest to the jack long bowl

Fine Session

The fine session will be held after the event at a suitable venue.
